How our classes work.
Every modality at Saalt — Barre, Reformer Pilates, Tower Pilates, and Mat Pilates — is offered across three class experiences. Each is designed to meet you where you are and take you exactly where you want to go.
01 / Essentials
Form first, always. Essentials classes focus on the fundamentals: movement patterns, muscle engagement, and the intention behind every exercise. This is where strong practices are built — never easy, always purposeful. If you're new to a modality or simply want to deepen your understanding of the work, Essentials is the place to start.
02 / Signature
For everyone, every time. Signature classes make up the heart of our schedule and are designed to work for all levels. Every class offers foundational movement with options to intensify — so whether you're in your first week or your fifth year, there's always more to find. When in doubt, start here.
03 / elevate
Ready to go deeper? Elevate classes are our advanced offering, with slight variations across modalities. Please note that Reformer Elevate requires a minimum of 10 Reformer classes at Saalt before booking — a requirement we hold firmly, because your safety and long-term progress matter more than anything else.
