Whether you've been searching the internet for the latest weight loss craze, or you're just feeling ready for a change of pace, I've got fantastic news - weight loss doesn't need to be hard, and it certainly doesn't need to be restrictive. 

Throughout my years of teaching in the fitness space, one thing has been proven to work every single time: consistency. Consistency with nutrition, movement, and daily habits. It's the little things we do over and over that make the biggest changes in our fitness and nutrition goals. 

So how do you build consistency and hit the long-elusive mark of "reaching your goals"?

One of the best ways is through accountability. The most significant changes in my health journey have come from having accountability partners. Whether they are coaches I have hired or friends who have come alongside me (and trust me, I've done both!), I have seen the most progress when I am working with a partner who checks in on me, keeps me accountable, and keeps me focused on a goal. I've found that partners motivate me, keep me focused, and help pick me back up when I stumble a bit!

    • Drive-thru queens - fear not! Our coaches have worked to tackle the drive-thru (or winery, pub, burger joint, etc.) in a way that won't derail your goals. This is all part of personalization - we work with your lifestyle and preferences!

  • Learn shopping methods that set you up for success. 
    • Learn our tried-and-true ways to shop at your favorite grocery store and walk away with a basket full of nutrient-dense, yummy food that will help you reach your goals. You don't even need to think - we'll make your grocery lists for you!

  • Pair nutrition with targeted fitness. 
    • One of my favorite things about our nutrition coaches is that they are also fitness coaches - so they see the whole picture! Your nutrition coach can guide you through fueling your body with the right nutrients, choosing the right workouts, and setting realistic goals to get you where you want to be.
